From Longview to Dallas. Built at 21. Still Building.

Kasper Digital is the agency I started at 21 — built around a simple idea: marketing should invest into the business, strengthen the brand, and create something that compounds instead of chasing the next quick invoice.

The Human Behind Kasper

Hi. I’m Matthew.
I’d rather build with you than bill at you.

I’m from Longview, Texas. I started Kasper when I was 21, and today I live in Dallas building brands across DFW. The agency has grown, but the reason I care about the work has stayed the same: I like getting close enough to a business to understand what makes it special — then investing strategy, creative energy, and attention into making more people feel that.

I’m not interested in the money-grab agency model. I want Kasper to feel like an investment into the business — not another vendor taking a monthly fee while the brand stays exactly where it was.

The Route Here

Not a résumé.
A trajectory.

Click through the four points that shaped how I think about clients, creativity, and what an agency relationship should actually feel like.

Longview made the perspective smaller — in a good way.

Growing up in Longview gave me an appreciation for businesses where reputation actually means something. You cannot hide behind a logo forever. People remember how you show up.

No
money-grab
marketing.
01 / INVEST

Get close enough to understand the business.

The better the context, the better the creative. We learn the customers, margins, objections, strengths, culture, and category before pretending to know what should be posted.

02 / BUILD

Create assets that can compound.

A good content system should strengthen recognition, sales conversations, recruiting, education, and the brand library — not disappear 24 hours after posting.

03 / STAY HUMAN

Never optimize the soul out of the brand.

Attention matters. Metrics matter. But if the work starts sounding like every other growth-hack account, the brand has traded long-term identity for short-term noise.

About Kasper Digital

Founder-Led Means the Strategy Stays Close.

Kasper Digital is a Dallas–Fort Worth social media marketing and brand strategy agency built around direct involvement. I stay close to the strategy, creative direction, and the reasoning behind the work instead of disappearing after the sale.

The operating belief is simple: give the audience a reason to care before asking for a sale. That shapes how we build social media strategy, content systems, positioning, and community around every client.

Proof Should Be Seen, Not Just Claimed.

Marketing claims should be specific enough to evaluate. That is why this site links strategy to named client work and selected post-level performance snapshots instead of relying only on broad promises.

Where a chart or scenario is illustrative, it is labeled as illustrative. Where post performance is shown, it is tied to the client work gallery and accompanied by a results-vary disclaimer.
